Lisa is a UX designer based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Highlights from Lisa’s project work

My approach
I follow a user-centred design approach by understanding and aligning business objectives with the needs of end-users. I focus on the specific problem the user needs to solve or the task they want to achieve.
I work collaboratively with clients by going through rapid cycles of work, feedback, refinement, and validation to deliver a useful and successful experience for users.
In design audits and reviews, I refer to key usability principles such as NNGroup’s 10 rules of thumb for user interface design and Aarron Walter’s hierarchy of user needs.
